Surrounded by a designated World Heritage site this recently built cottage and house sit on a plot of approximately ¾ acre, overlooking St. Austell Bay, Austen's Engine House ruin and beautiful countryside. It is within easy travelling distance of beaches, Bodmin Moor, Fowey, Looe, Polperro,
Truro, Falmouth, Cornish N. coast (Padstow, Newquay, Rock etc.)
and Devon
